Who we are
Agafay Desert Dinner runs desert evening tours in the Agafay desert, near Marrakech, Morocco. You can reach us on WhatsApp.
What this website collects
- No cookies.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- No outside fonts or scripts. Everything loads from our own server.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address, browser, page and time of each visit, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use them to find out who you are.
The booking form
The form does not send anything to us and does not store anything. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", it opens WhatsApp with your message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta, and its own privacy policy covers messages sent there.
What we do with your booking details
We use your name, date, number of guests, where you are staying and anything you tell us, such as food needs or the ages of children, only to organise your evening: pickup, seats, dinner and guides.
We share them only with the team and drivers who run your tour. We never sell them and never use them for advertising. We keep booking messages only as long as we need them for the booking and our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. Message us on WhatsApp.
In Morocco, personal data is protected by Law 09-08, overseen by the national data protection commission, the CNDP. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
